I practice yoga because of how I feel during and after a practice. Yoga makes me feel more alive, more open, more patient. I know that I’m a better wife, mother, and human when I can get to my mat and connect with my breath whether at a sweaty vinyasa class, or a deeply calming yin practice.
I’m not sure that there was any one “ah-ha” moment that called me to share yoga, but I’ll forever be grateful to my husband for seeing, even before I did, that I was ready to. He signed me up for ytt and gave me the support to expand my knowledge, and the confidence to ultimately share with others the amazingness of yoga.
