Looking for a way to shake up your fitness routine? YOGA CARDIO does just that!
This newest class offering has the centering and grounding effect of all of our yoga classes, with a little twist.
It opens and closes with slow deep breathing and gentle movement.
And between those two, it feels like a party. Combining musical rhythms and choreographed dance moves, this high intensity workout tones your muscles, increases your stamina, and even improves your memory.  Elevating that heart rate and increasing the blood flow throughout your body, this class burns fat and lifts your spirit.
Not a dancer? Not to worry! The short, easy to learn steps come naturally after only a class or two.
